Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how ProvenFocus (“ProvenFocus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit proven-focus.k2oc.xyz or contact us about our concierge legal-consulting services.
Information we collect
ProvenFocus is a small consulting firm and the website is designed to provide information about our services. We do not require account registration to use this site.
- Information you provide. When you contact us by email or phone using the addresses and numbers shown on this site, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, contact details, and a description of your matter.
- Server and request logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) retains standard server logs that include IP address, browser type, request path, and timestamp. These are used to operate, secure, and debug the site.
- Cookies and analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are privacy-friendly, first-party measurement tools. They do not set tracking cookies, do not store full IP addresses, do not build cross-site profiles, and are not shared with advertising networks. They count page views, referrers, and Core Web Vitals so we can understand how the site performs. We do not run third-party analytics or ad-tech beyond this.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries about ProvenFocus services.
- To evaluate potential conflicts before discussing a prospective engagement.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the website.
- To comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or share inquiry information with third parties for marketing purposes. We use a small number of vendors to operate the site (such as our hosting provider). We may disclose information when required by law, when necessary to protect our rights, or with your express permission — for example, when working alongside co-counsel on an engagement.
Confidentiality of prospective-client communications
Sending an email or leaving a voicemail does not, by itself, create an attorney-client or consultant-client relationship with ProvenFocus. To minimize risk to your matter, please avoid including detailed confidential information in an initial email; we will arrange a secure intake conversation before any privileged details are exchanged.
Your choices
- You can decline to provide information by not contacting us.
- You can request that we delete inquiry information by emailing info@proven-focus.com.
- Most browsers let you block cookies or send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because we do not currently use tracking cookies, these settings have no effect on this site.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for legal professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page indicates when it was last revised.
