Our Story

Decades of verdict slips. Zero black boxes.

In a world where it feels as if AI is taking over, our team is uniquely aware — through real trial experience — that there is no substitute for live jury dynamics and live lawyering. ProvenFocus was borne out of Jennifer, Carrie, and Henry's love for litigation. It also comes from an understanding that as long as jurors are live human beings, the people who litigate, prepare, and try a case must also be. Our team lives by the mantra, "Rising tides lift all boats." ProvenFocus is our collaboration with others in the industry to elevate the work being performed for our clients.

The team

Three working trial attorneys.

Headshot of Carrie Frank, Esq.

Carrie Frank, Esq.

Carrie spent over 30 years litigating auto products liability and other complex cases and has served as a jury consultant in numerous high-profile trials. She has also run focus groups and been faculty for the American Association for Justice.

Headshot of Henry Queener, Esq.

Henry Queener, Esq.

For many years and counting, Henry has tried more cases than any other plaintiffs' personal injury attorney in his home state of Tennessee. He has also tried cases across the country and received record verdicts in commercial motor vehicle and punitive damages cases.

Headshot of Jennifer Moore, Esq.

Jennifer Moore, Esq.

Jennifer is the only female to ever be accepted by Trial Guides as an instructor on Rule 30(b)(6) depositions. She has tried cases in multiple states in the fields of commercial trucking, aviation, and premises liability, and has argued in appellate courts.
